1. Returning your items to a store FREE

The easiest and most convenient way to return is to visit your nearest Moss Bros store. If something isn't right, our tailoring experts can help you find the correct style, fit and size for you. If you are returning your items for a refund, they can process that right away.

2. Return via CollectPlus FREE

3. Return via Post Office FREE

4. Hermes Parcel Collection Return Service - FREE

Visit the Hermes Parcel Return website here to download and print your returns label.

Select when you’d like your parcel collected, complete the required information, and print off your label and affix it to your parcel.

Goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure the packaging is secure. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We advise you make sure you are happy with the fit of your product/item before removing any brand labels from the garment. We accept returns for 30 days after the order date if they are unworn, unaltered and in their original packaging. Moss Bros cannot be held responsible for any return parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.
