Returns from the US and the Republic of Ireland

Follow the steps to print out your returns label, then take your parcel to your local post office,
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as Moss Bros cannot be held responsible for any returned parcels lost in the post.

Please do not include any commas in the address fields and only add the first 5 figures of your zip code when booking your return label.

If you do not have both a mobile and a daytime contact populate both fields with the same number.

Parcels will be consolidated in country, and forwarded on to our Distribution Centre in the United Kingdom


Returns via Global E

If your order was shipped to you via Global-E, please use the below portal o make a return. The site will take you through how the return process works, including any fees that might be associated.

Print the documents - the printed documents must be put inside the returned parcel

When you return an item we ask that it is still in the original packaging and is not worn, washed, damaged or had the tags removed. Any item which fails to meet these criteria may not be refunded.

Please ensure the items returned are packaged into one parcel.

We suggest that you ship the parcel with a tracked service in order to be able to monitor the returned items.

Once the goods are received and processed, you will receive a refund for the returned items.

We are unable to offer international exchanges, so if you would wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store.

Please allow 5 - 10 business days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method, once the order has reached the International Return Hub and has been inspected.



Rest of World 

Use your local Post Office to return items back to us at your cost.
We recommend that you opt for extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit. Moss Bros. cannot be held responsible for any returns parcels lost in the post, therefore keep your receipt as proof of postage.
