If you wish to change the store that your Custom Made order is being delivered to you can arrange this either through the store or by contacting our Customer Support Team.

We are able to change the collection store to any Moss store, we wouldn't anticipate any delays but please note some days be added if the store is changed just before dispatch. We would advise of any delays before the change is confirmed. 

Please note that the collection store cannot be changed once the order is dispatched. We advise changing this at the beginning of your journey if possible.
