An order may have been returned to us due to the courier not being able to deliver, this would show as a return to sender. This could be for various reasons, as an example, parcel was refused, the courier was not able to gain access to the property, the address was incomplete, the parcel was damaged, the order not collected from a parcel shop or there was no one at the property after several attempts to deliver.
In these scenarios, you will be refunded once the parcel has arrived back to us.
