Standard Delivery:
Please allow 3-5 working days.
We use Evri and Royal Mail for all our standard deliveries. Alternatively the parcel may be left in a safe place and details emailed.
Over bank holidays please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

You can find your tracking number on the dispatch email sent following your order and track using the couriers website. 


Next Day Delivery:
If you placed your order by 4pm Monday to Thursday, it will be delivered the next working day, if you order after this time it will come the following working day.
If you placed it between 4pm on Thursday and 2pm on Sunday, it will be delivered on Monday (excluding bank holidays).

We use DPD fully tracked service for our next day deliveries and a signature will be required. UK Mainland orders come with a predicted delivery time slot which is sent to you by email/text on the morning of delivery. Over bank holidays please allow an extra 2 working days for delivery to any destination.

Click & Collect:
Our standard click and collect service will have the order in store within 3-5 working days of ordering.

You will receive an email advising when your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.

Parcels will be held at your chosen store for 14 days for you to collect, after this they will be automatically refunded. 


Click & Collect Express:
Our express click and collect service will have the order in store within 1-2 working days. Order by 4pm Monday to Thursday, or 2pm on Sunday to qualify.

Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed between Thursday 4pm and Sunday 1pm will be delivered on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Your tracking information will be emailed to you, then using the couriers website you will be able to track you order.
