Please note that purchases made in store can only be returned in store, and cannot be returned by post .
Please do not post or return items purchased in store using a courier as we will not be able to process a refund.
This also applies to items that were ordered in one of our stores for home delivery.
Returns must be made to the same type of shop the items were purchased from, for example items purchased from an outlet store can only be returned to outlet stores.
