When collecting your order, all items should be tried on in store. If it is a group order, each individual wearer should try on their outfit. 

Then any amendments can be discussed with the team in store, here they will be able to support and advise next steps.

If you have your suit delivered to another address, this should be tried on the moment the order is received. If there is  any issues, you need to contact us on the same day as the  delivery date to allow us the opportunity to assist and order a replacement.
