We will require a credit or debit card to process a security deposit against each individual order upon collection. An order will not be able to leave a store until a security deposit is processed.
It is the responsibility of the person collecting the order to provide the card used for the security deposit.
Once processed, £1.01 may be taken, this will then be refunded once the card is authorised.
If your hire is returned late or with damage not covered by our Peace of Mind waiver (or you haven't taken Peace of Mind),
we reserve the right to take an additional payment up to the value of the goods not returned/damaged. This will be taken from the card used for the security deposit.
We will always attempt to contact the cardholder before retrieving funds.
