Can I claim VAT back when ordering from the Channel Islands? Print

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund VAT paid on orders made from our site.

We use the extra funds to contribute toward any local import duties and to the additional cost of shipping outside of the UK mainland.

Whilst UK law states that we can reduce the cost of our online sales to accommodate zero rated VAT purchases, we are not obliged to do so.
