Returning purchases made in our Jersey and Guernsey stores
Items purchased in Channel Island stores can only be returned to those stores, items cannot be returned to our warehouse or to UK mainland stores.
Returning purchases made online
Online purchases cannot be returned to our Channel Island stores, but can be returned by post to our warehouse. We recommend that you opt for extra compensation to ensure you are adequately covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing in transit, and keep your receipt as proof of postage. This applies even if your online purchase has been delivered to the Channel Islands. We are so sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
Online purchases can also be returned to UK mainland stores.
