If you select Klarna Pay Later at checkout, and are approved for their service, you will have a 14 day period in which to try on your order, before you pay for it. Within two days of your order being confirmed, you'll receive an email from Klarna with an invoice, and payment instructions. From then you'll have 14 days to complete the payment. If you return within this period, your invoice will be cancelled.

Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card on Klarna's website.

 

If Klarna is not available as an option at checkout, you may not be eligible at this point. Pay Later is offered based on a number of factors such as the order value, previous order history, financial circumstances, and item availability.

Klarna may run unrecorded enquiries (or soft credit searches) that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna, but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna nor Moss Bros. run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating.


You must be 18 or over to use Pay Later.

You can improve your chances of being offered Pay Later by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details, and by shipping to your registered billing address.

Orders are assessed individually. Having previously been accepted by Klarna for Pay Later does not guarantee that it will be offered for future orders, and if not accepted, this does not mean it will be denied in future.
